Something old, something new

Gotta love the illustrations in this book, which I acquired at a recent Free Market. The Post Museum has organised an Open *swop for the 20th March, which I’m sure is worth attending. I love the idea of giving away the things I no longer use or need, and picking up something new at no cost! And of course, having a cup of chai at Food #03 after.

If like me, you enjoy old school illustrations, then check this out- Andrew Kolb turned Lady Gaga’s Telephone into a vintage children’s book!

  1. Totally agree! Somehow, the illustrations from long ago have such a cosy mood compared to the huge-eyed big-headed, psychedelic coloured things we see in children’s story books today eh? Do you like Laura Ingalls Wilder illustrations? I loooove those!
